Single-family bulk collection must be scheduled at least one business day in advance via ATL311, using the Solid Waste Services web page or mobile app. The collection schedule is based on availability, Monday-Friday. 

There is a maximum of 12 scheduled bulk pick-ups per year. 

If bulk pick-up is not scheduled and/or exceeds 12 times per year, there will be a $325 fee beginning July 1, 2019.
